Abstract Paintings are not easy to understand compared to the representational paintings. In the abstract art form, objects are represented by patterns, random shapes, designs, lines, or splashes of color to convey what the artist’s are thinking, which oftentimes do not look like any specific thing. These particular series of abstract arts have been painted by French artist Gerard Stricher. Each of his paintings is a world of it’s own. The abstract painter who was born in 1948 says he was inspired mostly by nature. He also derives inspiration from numerous sources including music, astronomy, spirituality, and travel. Stricher’s work doesn’t follow any fashion and focused on what his feelings are telling him.
His signature is colors “witch I handle instinctively”.
